1. Q: What is the difference between Model 150Lx2 ＆ 50Lx6?

    A: Model 50Lx6 has six extraction vessels with capacity of each one of 50L while Model 150Lx2 has two extraction tanks with the capacity 150L each. 

        So the prcie of 50Lx6 is cheaper than 150Lx2 as the bigger vessels cost much more.

2. Q: How many liters of oil do you get from 300L model within 24 hours? Just give a reasonable guess.

    A: Approximately 45 pounds full spectrum cbd oil based on your cbd content of hemp is of 10%.

3. Q: What are the power requirements and how many people does it take to run this machine?

    A: Depends on the capacity of the machine, from 20KW/H to 105KW/H.

        Generally one shift one operator is enough and one operator could operate two sets of machine after they get skilled with this.

4. Q: Are you decarboxlating before you go into the co2 extractor? If so what equipment are you using for that scale? 

        What is the post processing? 

        Are you winterizing? And is the product going to distillation? 

        What are they  using or do you have distillation equipment? 

    A: Yes, it will be good to do decarboxlating before co2 extraction.

        To change CBDA into CBD before co2 extraction.

        Need to use oven to do the decarboxlating.

        Winterization, rotary evaporators and short path distillation needed for oil refinery.

5. Q: Can we ship by air?

    A: For small capacity, you may. But for large capacity such as 200L, each machine need to load one full 40ft  container, about 13ton, so it is too expensive to ship by air.

6. Q: Can you advise how long is the warranty period? Do you have spare parts located in USA?

    A: For the machine, we have 3 years warranty period.

        We have no spare parts in USA, but three years easily-worn spare parts are to be sent together with the machine to you. 

7. Q: Do you have online diagnostics to see what the problem is online?

    A: Yes, we can have online disgnostics to check the problem online.

8. Q: Do you have any USA certificates such as UL and ASME?

    A: We have ASME and CE certificate. If ASME is required, it should need an extra cost USD 25000.

9. Q: What size distillation equipment is needed for 150Lx2 machine?

    A: You need 2 sets of MD150 distillation equipment for 150Lx2 supercritical co2 extraction machine.

10. Q: Is the A/C noisy and can it be located outside? We would like to locate all noisy equipment outside in a separate closed in room.

      A: Acutally our machine is not so noisy except the co2 recovery system. We can design as your request to put   the noisy equipment in a separate room.

11. Q: Whta is the overall height required for 150Lx2 model to load the equipment with raw material? 5.2m?

      A: For the machine itself in the height 5.2m, but for the installation, the room should be in 6m height.

12. Q: Can you supply with 3 phase 208? What is the name brand of the large motors? Siemens?

      A: For machines like 300L and 600L, need 3 phase 480V in the USA.

          For the small machines like 1L, 5L, etc, we can make as 3 phase 208 or 220V in the USA.

          Motors by using China brand, which in high quality. But all electrical components are of Schneider.

          If needed, we can also use Siemens motor, but there should be an extra cost and longer delivery time.
